The Department of Public Policy at CEU is committed to provide a better graduate training of civil servants and policy experts in the region and beyond. The curriculum of the one-year Master of Arts Program in Public Policy connects critical thinking with problem solving dynamics and policy practice.
Students may opt for one or more of four streams of specialization:
- Decentralized governance stream;
- International public policy stream;
- Media, information and communications policy stream, and
- Higher education policy and management stream.
The department offers the Deborah Harding scholarship for one Roma student in any stream in the 2008-2009 academic year.
The scholarship will cover the full CEU tuition fees and include a stipend for living expenses, and Roma of any citizenship are eligible to apply.
In addition to submitting the regular CEU and DPP admissions documents, candidates must provide a covering letter indicating their eligibility for this scholarship.
