Fina, a leading Croatian financial and technology institution, has announced a call for applications for IT scholarships intended for Master's and specialist graduate students in information technology and technical fields. The program aims to support the development of young professionals and provide an opportunity for professional growth within one of the largest IT systems in Croatia.

The scholarship is available to full-time students in the 1st and 2nd year of Master's/specialist studies at selected higher education institutions (FER, FOI, FESB, FERIT, PMF Zagreb and Split, TVZ, Algebra Bernays). Applicants must have a grade point average above 3.0, complete previous levels of study within the regular timeframe, and not receive any other scholarship intended for study support.

The monthly scholarship amount is €398 net, with a minimum duration of 12 months. The program provides opportunities for professional internships, development of the Master's thesis, and potential employment after graduation. Recipients are required to sign an agreement and commit to working at Fina for one year for each year they received the scholarship.

The application must include a CV, proof of enrollment, transcript of records, a statement confirming that the student does not receive another scholarship, income confirmation issued by the Tax Administration, and — if applicable — documents proving achievements, awards, or additional education. Applicants who meet the requirements will be included in the selection process, which consists of testing and an interview with IT managers.
