Mason Fellows Program
The Mason Fellows Program is a mid-career MPA program designed to prepare demonstrated leaders to initiate and implement major political, social, or economic change by developing the necessary analytic, management, and leadership skills. Candidates must have citizenship from a developing, newly industrialized, or transitional economy country and a minimum of 7 years of full-time professional experience by the time of application, although on average Mason Fellows have 14 years of work experience. Competitive candidates will have several years of experience at a senior decision-making level.
